• Final itineraries will be sent via email after booking confirmation.

2. User Conduct

Users are expected to provide accurate information during registration and booking. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform will result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.

3. Responsibility

While FIENTUM TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED partners with high-quality local vendors, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party providers or events out of our control.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries in case of weather conditions, public holidays, or safety concerns. We will always strive to provide an equivalent or better experience.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
