1. Our Commitment

At FIENTUM TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure that your vacation experience is seamless and enjoyable. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for such situations.

2. Cancellation Timeline

  • 15+ Days Before Tour: 100% Refund (minus minimal processing fees).
  • 7–14 Days Before Tour: 50% Refund of the total tour cost.
  • 2–6 Days Before Tour: 25% Refund of the total tour cost.
  • Within 48 Hours: No refund applicable as bookings with local vendors are finalized.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to our support team at support@cheaptoursindia.com with your booking ID and reason for cancellation.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

5. Special Circumstances

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events (Force Majeure), FIENTUM TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to offer credit vouchers for future travel in lieu of a cash refund, depending on the situation and vendor policies.
